Since 2012, Power IT has been developing high end solutions and services for its clients, by making them more efficient, engaging and responsive. The company delivers IT enterprise solutions, consulting, development, support and outsourcing for various businesses.

Power IT has extensive experience in the field, developing projects for various spheres of activity: commercial projects, educational projects, governmental projects, non-governmental and international projects.

The American University of Moldova

The American University of Moldova is the first higher education institution in Moldova to offer a range of undergraduate programmes fully taught in English.

Providing high quality teaching in the fields of law, business administration, international relations, psychology and the newly founded IT & Innovation Leadership faculty, the university brings together academics and students from various backgrounds in a multicultural, inclusive and intellectually stimulating environment.

The university values working in partnerships and has been involved in a number of academic exchange and faculty development projects over the past several years.

Sanda CARACENȚEV

Sanda holds a PhD in Anthropology from University College London (UCL) where she was a postgraduate teaching assistant on the Introduction to Material and Visual Culture.

Her interest areas include migration, cultural studies and entrepreneurship and she is currently a lecturer at the IT & Innovation Leadership Faculty at the American University of Moldova. She is co-coordinating this project on behalf of AUM and is responsible for content and script delivery.

Dorina ROȘCA

Dorina Roșca holds a PhD, with the summa cum laude mention, in Socio-economy of the Development at the School for Advanced Studies in the Social Sciences (EHESS), Paris, France.

Currently, she is Dean of the IT & Innovation Leadership Faculty at the American University of Moldova and Head Interim of the Business Administration and Marketing Department at the same University. Dorina has a wealth of teaching experience, including working in a VR environment (at Neoma Business School Reims-Rouen-Paris). As part of this project, she is responsible for course content and script development, together with Sanda Caracentev. She also leads the AUM team involved in the LearnHigh project activities.

E-Government Agency

E-Government Agency is a Moldovan Governmental structure created in 2010, aiming at enhancing governance through the intensive application of ICTs.

The World Bank supports the Agency in modernising Moldovan public service and its mission to digitalise Moldovan public life.

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) has been in the Republic of Moldova since 1992. It is part of the UN mission to promote sustainable development of modern societies by eradicating poverty and reducing inequalities and exclusion. Digitalisation is part of this mission of sustainable development.

The Swiss Cooperation Office

The Swiss Cooperation Office in the Republic of Moldova is a diplomatic mission that handles the technical assistance of Switzerland to Moldova, including the digitalisation of main socio-economic activities.

The Office is also responsible for the Swiss Cooperation Programme in Moldova, aiming to provide humanitarian assistance and develop technical cooperation between the Governments of Switzerland and Moldova.

Helvetas

Helvetas is an independent Swiss organization for development. Its mission is to fight against poverty in developing and transition countries by tackling global challenges at various levels.

Helvetas works with civil society actors, governments and the private sector in the following areas: water, food and climate, education, jobs and private sector development, governance, gender and social equity.

OPTIM

Opportunities through Technologies and Innovation in Moldova (OPTIM) – is a Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation project implemented by HELVETAS.

It seeks to improve economic opportunities for the Moldovan population, particularly for excluded social groups, by promoting sustainable measures and changes, including digitalisation.
